Thinking about changing?
Have you decided that there is something or a few things in your life that you want to change? It could be anything from losing weight, eating more fruit, exercising, trying to meditate more, being less stressed? Anything really.
Most of the time we try to make changes but find ourselves slowly reverting back to old habits, even when we know we should not.. It can be hard.
It is usually helpful to take some time to think about the changes you want to make and try to think about what it really means to you. By using the grid below, you can write down the reasons (about 3-6 in each box) and look over it to help you identify any areas that you may need to think more about and overcome. I will be using the example of losing weight below.

Once you have filled in the grid, look over it and ask yourself “Where does this leave you now?” Make a list or statement about how you are feeling about making the change now. Do you think you can put in a bit more effort to achieve your goal?
Hopefully, this will help you to overcome any obstacles that stop you from making the changes, so that you can go out there and get what you want.
